Colleen was referred to us by a friend. She helped us find this house just shy of 3 years ago. We planned to live there forever but things changed. When we knew we have to sell after only owning for a few years we immediately went to Colleen. We mapped out a strategy and she followed through on every detail making critical strategy recommendations along the way. Our prospective buyers were not straightforward but in the end Colleen helped us navigate the multiple hangup and we were quite successful. I can't speak any more highly of Colleen's help and professionalism.
